An Important Message From Lester Glenn Auto Group

To Our Lester Glenn Family,

We'd like to say thank you to all of our customers and team members for their patience through these challenging times.

We understand there is a lot of information out there and questions being asked, and we just ask that you hang in there with us as we are working with a limited staff for the safety of our team members.

We have been through a lot together since we first opened our doors in 1956. Each challenge has tested us all in ways that we could not imagine, but we've come out of each situation stronger from it all. In these times, more than ever, we are thankful for and remain confident in the strength of our community and those within it to guide us through these challenging days. For more than 60 years, you've been here for us and we have been and will continue to be here for you and your families; at any and every capacity we can.

We thank you for your support and understanding through this all, and look forward to assisting all of our amazing customers as soon as we can.

We'd also like to take this time to thank all of the amazing healthcare workers, first responders and fellow retail workers in our community whose dedication to assisting people through these times is truly appreciated.

Service Department

Lester Glenn Service and Repair Centers are considered essential businesses and will remain open to assist our customers who require necessary repairs on their vehicles. However, we will be taking additional precautions to ensure the safety of our team members and customers.

As of Tuesday, March 24, all Lester Glenn Service Locations will open at 6 AM and close at 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All Lester Glenn Service Locations will be closed on both Saturday and Sunday.

All Lester Glenn locations have suspended shuttle service and rental vehicles. Our customer waiting lounge will be closed until further notice, and all service appointments will be drop-off appointments only. Waiting for your service appointment to be completed in our service facility will not be permitted at this time.

Every Lester Glenn Service Location has a night drop box available on the outside of the building near the service doors to leave your keys prior to your appointment.

At this time, all alternate transportation options will need to be provided by the customer.


Sales Department

Effective Saturday, March 21st, all Lester Glenn Sales locations are closed and will remain closed indefinitely in cooperation with the state mandated business closures.

If you have leased a vehicle from Lester Glenn and that lease is set to expire in March or April, we recommend you speak with your bank, who will provide further information on your options.

If you have submitted a request recently on a new or used vehicle, please anticipate a delayed response as our sales departments are closed. We look forward to assisting you in the future when all Lester Glenn departments are fully operational.


Parts Department

All Lester Glenn Parts Departments will be closed to customer retail sales. Customers will not be able to purchase parts in-store until further notice.

Lester Glenn has suspended all scheduled wholesale part deliveries until further notice. 


Safety Measures Explained

The safety of our team members and our customers is the number one priority of Lester Glenn Auto Group. We have implemented a number of changes and precautions to our business to comply with federal and state recommendations and social distancing protocols. Some of these changes are as follows:

  • Reduced Hours - All Lester Glenn Sales Locations are closed. Service locations will remain open from 6 AM to 2 PM
  • Reduced Staffing - Only essential service and parts and employees will be on-site
  • Increased professional cleaning service visits, and implementation of constant disinfecting of high traffic touch points (inclusive of door handles, countertops, railings, etc)
  • Continued education of our team members on the importance of social distancing and personal hygiene techniques
  • Implemented protective and sanitary measures for all vehicles in our service and repair facilities (inclusive of the use of gloves and steering wheel covers, among other measures on customer vehicles)

These changes will be effective for an undetermined length of time and will continue to be re-evaluated by the Lester Glenn Management Team as additional information is released regarding the Coronavirus situation affecting our community.

We recognize that purchasing or servicing your vehicle may not be your number one priority in this environment. At Lester Glenn, we are here for you if you need us.
